Discord
Open the BlackWood Protocol Discord and ask a server administrator for a private conversation about your account or privacy request.
You do not need to be signed into the game to use this link, but Discord requires its own account. Use this route if you cannot sign in or send an in-game message.
Through the game
Signed-in players can send a private message to a staff account:
In-game messaging needs an active account and may be unavailable if your account is muted, banned or closed. Discord is the alternative.
What to include
Give your callsign, what happened and what you need help with. For a bug, include the page, approximate time and any error you saw. For an appeal, explain which decision you want reviewed.
For privacy requests, tell us whether you want to access, correct or delete information, close an account, or object to a particular use. See the Privacy Policy for more about your rights.
Never send your password. Keep email addresses and other private information out of public posts. Staff may ask for appropriate verification in private before changing an account or releasing account information.
