Where you start
OUTBREAK FILE // BLACKWOOD
The roads closed. The jobs did not.
You come in as a Civilian with a callsign, some street cash and a file Protocol has barely bothered to open.
Work what is left. Steal a ride. Put money somewhere safer than your pocket. Move when the work dries up. Keep an eye on the people doing the same thing.

Ashfall, Gravesend, Ironhaven and Northwood are one city. Every operator is standing somewhere in the same Blackwood.
Leave a corner alone and it gets worse. Work it hard enough and the pressure comes back down.

Where you start

Hospital and tunnels

Docks and yards

Forest and labs
Jobs pay the bills. Vehicles get stolen, kept, driven and chopped. Some work needs the right ride already on the street.
Street cash can walk. The Vault cannot be hit by Hunt. Weapons, vests, finds and whatever survives the night end up on your file.
Factions pool people and cash. Raids need seats filled. Assignments sit around longer than a normal job and follow the work you are already doing.
Protocol can also put a mark on your file. Find them, travel to the ping, finish it.
Operator Hunt is opt-in. If both files are on it, the street can get personal.
Jobs and boosts can run off Immunity. Travel, raids, clinic and Hunt still make you wait.
Kit changes hands at the Ironhaven docks. The price is whatever another operator will pay.
You start as a Civilian. Protocol notices useful people eventually.
Higher stamps open harder work, more of the city and better kit.
Testing
BlackWood Protocol is an independent project and it is still being changed from real play. Numbers move. Bad ideas get pulled out.
If a wait feels pointless, a job reads wrong or a page makes no sense, say so on the Network.
There is still work on the board.
